Model License
This license applies to every 3D model downloaded from JeromFBX unless the model's own page says otherwise. By downloading or using a model, you agree to these terms.
You may
- Use the models for personal and commercial projects, including games, apps, films, videos, renders, websites and advertising.
- Modify the models (retexture, rig, edit, combine with other assets) for your own projects.
- Include a model inside a finished product, such as a game, app, film or website, as long as the model itself is not offered for extraction or separate download.
You may not
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent or give away the model files as stand-alone files, original or modified.
- Upload or share the files on other websites, marketplaces, asset stores, public repositories or file-sharing services, or include them in asset packs or bundles.
- Claim that you created the original models, or claim exclusive rights over them.
- Use the models in any unlawful way, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Use the models for military or warfare purposes, weapons development, espionage, or any activity prohibited by applicable export and trade control laws.
Credit
Credit is appreciated but not required, for example: "Model by JeromFBX".
How the models are made
Models are generated using SAM 3D Objects (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which is provided under the SAM License, and then cleaned up and optimized in Blender. The models themselves are provided under this license.
Some models may use textures from third parties (for example, CC0 textures). Where this applies, it is noted on the model's page.
Ownership and AI-generated content
These rights are granted to the fullest extent that JeromFBX holds them. Because the models are created with the help of AI, JeromFBX does not promise that copyright exists in any model in any particular country. All rights not granted here are reserved.
No warranty
The models are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for how you use the models. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JeromFBX is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from their use.
Termination
If you breach this license, your rights under it end automatically and you must stop using the models, except for copies already embedded in finished products released before the breach.
Changes
This license may be updated from time to time. The version in effect on the date you downloaded a model applies to that download. The version on this page applies to new downloads.
